June 11–Ford Retractable Club Day at the Museum

June 15–2nd Annual "Fathers' Day Car Show at the Harbor." Cosponsored by Murphy Auto Museum and Milestone Car Society of California at Channel Islands Harbor in Oxnard.

August 2008

August 9 & 10–"Cool August Days." Caravan of collector vehicles from the San Fernando Valley, Santa Barbara, and Valencia to the Museum. A chance for car hobbyists to experience a great scenic cruise of modest length without suffering the heat of Reno. Caravan from the San Fernando Valley will be led by classic Packards from Packards International Club.

All participants will arrive at the Murphy Auto Museum about noon. After checking out the Museum, we will proceed to special parking downtown Oxnard for a big show. Entrants are encouraged to stay overnight and cruise about Oxnard.
